What a fantastic effort on Wednesday evening!
Our local Colony did a brilliant job litter picking all around Memorial Park – finding some weird and wacky rubbish along the way.
Well done to all the Beavers, and to the extra siblings who also stayed to help. And a very big THANK YOU to all the parents, grandparents and carers who stayed to help. We really appreciate it and couldn’t do it without you.
Finally, a big thanks to our volunteers for once again organising the event. And a shout out to our Scouts who also litter picked the beaches up to Hampton the previous Monday evening. That’s teamwork!
