Making the most of our opportunities and giving time back to deliver our programme
As we close out another term’s programme with our young people, we’ll use the Easter break to add some more content to the website.
As an independently run site we rely on volunteer’s time and effort to create and test the content. And we’ve lots planned over the coming months to help support our Young People, Parents and Volunteer experience.
Some of the things we’ve got planned include:
- Adding a section to our Volunteer Hub to highlight the ‘4-week challenge’ award.
- A ‘Volunteer Skills Hub’ to signpost the wealth of online, local, and in-person training and development opportunities.
- A ‘Kit List’ page to be a one-stop shop for camps, event days and activities.
- A History page to show how the group was founded and the link to Baden-Powell’s original Scout vision.
